"The Best Gift I Could Have Asked For"
Since it's the holidays and I'm of good cheer,
I'll skip all the usual mambo-jambo about how "if you want a
story go write your own, this one is mine."
I'm surprised that this story turned out so
well and so quickly. I wrote it in less than two days, which is
highly unusual for me.
It was inspired during an IM conversation with Karen, while I was
listening to Jim Brickman's Christmas album, "The
Gift", which has some great instrumental tracks, for those
who are looking for a good Christmas CD ;-)
Anywho, here's what you need to know:
This story is set at Christmastime in the year 2011, narrated by Taylor
Jessica Hanson is 22 years old, and a senior in
college
Taylor Hanson is 28 years old
Zoë Hanson is 13 years old
[no one else is really in the story, but if you're curious, Ike
is 31 and Mackenzie is 17]
None of the psychobabble, just go read without
stealing, and enjoy
